So you can define an area in which the paragraph must fit, and adjust your font sizing and other attributes until they fit the area properly. Note also that if you are typing or pasting paragraph text into a specific area of a layout, you can click-drag with the text tool to define a rectangular area for your text. With some typed text selected you can experiment with these options to get the best look for any given instance of typed text.

Is this process still good for website layout? I hear a lot about users creating website templates in Photoshop which gets exported to HTML using slices I think. We have Publisher here, but I've just never used it myself. My text was wrapping down, but my text box wasn't big enough to notice that. For some reason it was defaulted to 144 px. I didn't see the Character and Paragraph palette.
